If it is important and I assume your wedding is, please hire a professional to cater the event. Or, at the very minimum, buy some food professionally made.

There’s not much worse than being at a “kickin” event and then slide by the buffet and see food not even touched by the flys. And no, just because you love “Me-ma’s” famous tater salad doesn’t mean she can (and more importantly will) make enough for your function.
